flashplugin fails

I tired option 1 above. No luck, so I created aresj tst user, and fired up
Firefox as that suer. Then I went into Tppls -> Add Ins, and siabled all
add ins and extensions that wer emabled by default. I still get the same
"Dlash has crashed" error message.

What can I try now?
