You can edit the wiki. Your changes are saved, you just get a horrid
error when it saves.

The wiki is being worked on by Canonical IS, and we (the Community
Council) will announce progress as it occurs.

I just edited the page as a test and got the same 500 internal server
error, but the page did save.
