Problem logging in with Launchpad account to edit Ubuntu wiki

I tried to log in with my Launchpad account to be able to edit
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CommunityCouncilAgenda (I just want to add "21
UTC" to the "Shutdown sounder mailing list" item)

But I got this error:

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
If not, then it's probably a problem at my end and I will try again at a
later time on another computer. But if anyone else has this problem, then
I will (try to) create a bug report.
