Belkin PCI Wireless not working in Lucid 10.04.2

This same card worked with ndiswrapper under 8.04.
It works in another system with 10.4.1.
The wired connector converter for the pci works in both slots of the Vio
laptop.
I tried ndiswrapper with the drivers I used previously and it dows not
work.
I used ndisgtk to install the driver which I used previously.
So the problem exists in software.
modprobe did not work either.
