Install VirtuaBox 4

I downloaded virtualbox-4.0_4.0.4-70112~Ubuntu~lucid_amd64.deb and 
doubleclicked on it.  A graphical package installer opened but it's 
status message said: Error: Conflicts with the installed package 
'virtualbox-ose'.

I have the ose version of virtualbox installed already, so is this a 
normal message and I can proceed with the install or does it indicate a 
problem?
