Is there a testing framework for end users?

I've got a nice new Dell Inspiron Duo, (Tablet with the flip screen,
it's awesome!) But not all features work, some I'm not sure if because
it's not supported, or because Natty isn't ready.

That got me thinking, and I would like to know if there is a testing
framework in place, so that I can put my laptop, and probably some of my
other hardware that is laying around, through it's paces with Natty, and
report back so to speak.

In fact, I wouldn't mind installing some of the older releases onto my
new hardware too, just to make sure that works as well.

Some guidance would be appreciated,
