I had bad luck with a laptop I bought from them. There were a variety of
problems during the year it was under guarantee, and most, but not all
were fixed. It could've been a fluke, and maybe they're not using the
same supplier any more. They're resellers -- at least for the laptops.
And they're pleasant enough to deal with.
