How to install TP-LINK WIFI ADAPTER on Ubuntu

I have installed Ubuntu 10.04, now i have buy a TP-Link (TL-WN721N)Wifi
Adapter. I have been finding on the internet, and i have read a lot,
and try evething but I don't know what package need install. I don't
have direct access to a repository. There are someone that can help me.
