However, people who want real answers do NOT ever rely on Google but on real 
users who they come to know and trust whom they have met on mail-lists.  They 
want hands on real first person info not 2 million hits on a stupid search 
engine.  It is exactly the reason they subscribe to a mail-lists.  Or is it 
that we now feel these mail-lists are of no value.
