Tablet PCs and Ubuntu

I love my ubuntu desktop, GNOME at work and KDE at home, (plasma widgets
help me be super lazy).

I wish to buy a tablet pc, you know one of those that the keyboard flips
under the screen, and it's a touch screen. But I don't see many reviews
or blog entries from people who use a tablet laptop with a pen, and what
they can do with it.

Does anyone by any chance have a you tube video running 10.10, or even
11.04. I know some people are going to tell me to do it myself, which I
will eventually, but why reinvent the wheel?? :)

Hopefully, I'll get some debate and responses back.
