Thunderbird and addresses not showing up...???

*I know that I have asked this question before, and I thought that I 
made a note of it, but I can not now find it...My question is when 
writing an email, my addresses are not showing up on the left of the 
email, it was a simple key stroke like alt F7 but that is not it... *

*Any help would be appreciated thanks Larry*
