install phpMyAdmin (Alan Pope)

hi, when i run sudo apt-get update, it shows a lot of  W or ero. like: 
W: Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/lucid-updates/restricted/source/Sources.gz  Something wicked happened resolving 'imaboy at host:80' (-5 - No address associated with hostname).
