0. Find someone willing to remotely login
1. Boot live cd.
2. Install openssh-server in live environment
3. Create a new user in live environment
4. ssh -R to setup a reverse ssh tunnel to the person willing to help

then..

5. Helper ssh's in over that connection and mounts up the local
filesystem, uses 'magic' (dpkg, vi, grub-install) to fix

Would that not work?
