Setting the time zone.

It assumes that you are dumb as a brick and that your face is dripping
goo from being removed from the oatmeal bowl. 

I'm lucky, I just happen to know that I live somewhere, more or less,
directly south of New York and that I would share that timezone. No need
to burst a braincell over EST or CST, etc. I feel the urge to plop my
face back into the oatmeal bowl now, where it's safe, familiar and
