While typing out my reply, and I normally address people by their names, 
I was wondering what to call you - it is always a problem when people 
call themselves by generic names like 'user' or 'newbie', distinct 
pseudonyms are alright - and I figured that most probably, you are 
called Micky and you, like me, have taken to call yourself what others 
have called you (in affection). So I typed out my presumption in haste.

So, I assure you it is an honest mistake, but apologies and regrets
