My advise is to put a bit more effort in your e-mails. Not just the 
amount of information (what exactly are you looking for, what steps did 
you take before asking for help, etc.), but also the way you present that 
information (proper quoting, caps and punctuation marks, complete 
sentences, etc.).
You are the one asking for help, so you should make it easy for other 
people to help you.

You can ignore Alan's replies. There are different kinds of newsreader 
for completely different purposes, and he doesn't seem to know these 
differences.
