on clicking this web page my vote is not getting recorded.

I do not get any option or pop up that should come so that I can vote.
Javascript is enabled on my browser.
I tried this thing on chrome also on my system.
I am using Firefox 3.6.10
Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit with all updates.
I do not have any addon installed in firefox on my machine.
