This font uses some private encoding rather than the standard unicode
slots for Gurmukhi and it does not contain any standard latin
characters. So you are unlikely to be able to type directly in either
latin languages or Punjabi with this font. It may well work with the
website, especially if the website is designed to work with this font
and only this font.
If you want the font to work with OpenOffice you could try editing it
with fontforge and renaming the glyphs to match the names in Saab or
DejaVu Serif. Then you should can type in Punjabi, though not in latin
languages.
