problem with pxelinux

The problem seems to be when I boot up the server machine it apparently
is not seeing the dhcp for some reason.  I did try to turn off my
router's dhcp thinking that might be the issue but that didn't solve
much.  I am using tftpd-hpa as the tftp server.  It says in the tutorial
that tftpd-hpa should work fine.  The reason I set up the preseed.cfg
file is because I am blind and it would make it much easier to install.
Also I could surely use your notes if you would please graciously post
them or direct me to where they are.  Thanks much.
