Ubuntu 10.10 Network problems

Sorry, My apologies I didn't read the mail carefully

I would suggest you to use WICD it's available in the synaptic pkg manager.
The default "*network-manager-genome*" is too buggy.

first install WICD and then uninstall the network-manager-genome.
