Ubuntu 10.10 Network problems

Hello,

I upgraded to Ubuntu 10.10 from 10.04 LTS and all the wire/wireless
connection are lost. Sometimes, I am able
to ping to yahoo.com and google.com, but cann't use firefox, ssh etc.

Can someone help ?
