I think ntfs-fuse comes with an ntfs.fsck that might work for you if
you really don't have a Win box for this.

Dontcha know any pirates, or trolls who do own Window$?  (I deny that
I ever said that!)

You can buy a laptop or netbook almost anywhere that comes with
Windoze and use that, then take it back because it has a defective OS
on it....  :-)
