Pull it from upstream: http://packages.debian.org/lenny/grip

While I stand by that guy not knowing what he was talking about, because
he just left things as it was dropped. It was dropped from upstream so
of course it would get dropped from Ubuntu.  I'm assuming it was
orphaned but you would have to double check the tracker.
