I want only icons in toolbars

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10. In previous versions I ussualy use some 
application in the system->preferences menu (don't remember which one) 
and select "Icons only" for toolbars. I don't found it anymore: can 
anybody tell me the name of the package to install it from the 
respositories, or check if it is already installed?
