apache not correctly running php scripts

I've seen this happen before if php was installed after, or at the same
time as Apache. You need to restart the apache server for it to start
serving php pages.

Once you visit it with firefox once, it's now in firefox's cache, so it
will always offer you to download that page from now on, even if you
restarted your apache server. You might need to completely clear out
firefox's cache, or try from a different computer.
