System software sources menu missing...???

  *For some reason, not sure if anyone else may have had this problem, 
but this is the first time it has happened to me...I install the newest 
version 10.10, and I wanted to add to the software sources list, but it 
is not showing up in the System>Adminstration list...???

Does anyone no why or am I missing something here...
