Which indicates you have tweaked your sources.list or installed an
update-manager package from elsewhere.

Based on previous mails I find this somewhat hard to believe.

What's the contents of /etc/apt/sources.list, and the contents of the
files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

What's the output of the commands:-

dpkg -l update-manager
apt-cache show update-manager*
