One interesting idea I saw was to list free-as-in-beer apps, like Open 
Office (Libre Office?) to "scam" money.  I took that actually in a 
different way, it would be an interesting way to voluntarily pay for some 
software, which I've heard come up from time to time.

However, that kind of practice seems a potential slippery slope towards 
eventually eliminating free-as-in-beer software from the repos (although 
a rather distant prospect, I'd say).  But, it might lead to confusion.
