I have been formatting the laptop 3-4 times.
In one incident I had kept apt from a backup.
I posted here.Next time when I got the error I had cleanly re
installed Ubuntu then I again got the same error.Then in same thread I
posted.So to make sure that the error did not came because of an old
backup I had formatted.
 I wanted to understand why I was getting the error so I had posted.
But 3rd time things had worked very well with same set of apt that I
had on previous installations.
