No no no I don't mean to gather any attention (what will I get out of it?)
I just wanted to say that since it(Ubuntu) worked well (on my laptop)so I
said the people to use Ubuntu and not to use any thing else as Linux.
But now broad com has released its drivers to Open Source so I guess
other distributions must also work.

Though I saw a guide on net mentioning the same
I have asked this since apt-get update and dist-upgrade methods some
where were discussed
on one link which I pointed as wrong.
So I thought before I do let me ask.
What is the speculation about?

What is happening I am not able to understand.
These 2-3 days I had been experimenting with my laptop I formatted it
at least 3-4 times.
