problem with partitions ?

hi, my server don't init... :(
i have this:
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
...
init: ureadahead-other main process (xxx) terminated with status 4
...
and don't load my partition /dev/sd9 that deleted (oldie fat32) and create a new ext3
help me please

You need to put an entry in fstab to mount it on boot. Google for
ubuntu fstab fat32 and you will find how to do it I expect.
