Well, Nicki, you are not going to get many helpful answers to your 
problem unless you provide some information to which people can respond to.

Reverse the situation: you are a knowledgeable person but get the 
wishy-washy question as above.

How do you go about answering it?

What is missing in that gobbledygook?

The system which is being used? Which "digital USB camera"? Which 
"multiple icons"? And so on....

Be specific and give details about your problem. Nobody here is a mind 
reader or a clairvoyant, and nobody has a decent crystal ball to gaze 
into :-) .
