upgrade 10.04 to 10.1

Go to System > Administration > Update Manager and click Settings,
then on the Updates tab for "Show new distribution releases" select
Normal Releases and Close.  Then back in update manager click Check
and the 10.10 should appear as a new release available.  (It is 10.10
by the way, not 10.1, for month 10 year 10.
