Fill a form in pdf format

    Hi,

    I often need to fill forms which are pdf files intended to be printed
  and filled with a pen. I like to do it with a text editor because I can
  easily keep a copy of what I've said.

    Unfortunately I've not found a convenient way to do that. I struggle
  with OO.org (I transform the pdf to ppm, then use the ppm file(s) as
  a background for the text but OO.org does not make things easy).

    Does anybody have a better way ?
