rsync error: Help

Hello,

I am using Ubuntu 10.10 Grsync package and running it as a superuser, and I
did all permutation with the
arguments, but somehow I can not get rid of the following error.

I am surprised that even with the superuser, I get permission denied error.
What is going on ? Can someone
help ?
