I am using Firefox with Flash #10. I just went to CBS and watched a 
video. Just ignore what CBS "tells" you about installing Flash #9 - it's 
simply crap.

But do you by any chance have NoScript installed in FF? If so you will 
need to give CBS at least temporary permission to be able to watch the 
video(s).
