Animated GIF files - how to locate on disk

Awesome Hal, I'll try that too!

I'm surprised with how easy it is to misplace animated-gifs with regular
ones that this isn't a more common image manager tool/issue.  I have some
image preview and manager applications that won't even animate past the
first frame, so its hard to realize what is there.
