Move apt "update" database to another Ubuntu installation

I have an off-line computer that I need to update it's "apt-get
update" database. What files must I recover from another Ubuntu
machine, assuming that they have the same repos installed? It looks
like I might need
/var/lib/apt/lists but I want to be sure before I go, I won't have
internet access at the site if I'm wrong.
