Well, we certainly are not in the business of chasing people away from 
this list simply because of indiscretions caused by the lack of their 
understanding of how people are to behave in such a mail list as this one.

The "rules of the game" are plain enough and available for viewing to 
anyone who wants to use this mail list.

To those, who like the current 'johnstark,' who think that s/he is above 
such rules and spells out that s/he will deliberately not adhere to 
them, it is not up to us to do anything other than to point out to 
her/him what those rules are - and then leave the resolution of the 
"rigid middle finger salute" of the rules to the Moderator.
