fstab not mounting partitions

Furthermore, if you uncomment "/mnt/WinVideo" and "/mnt/Win7", you'll
have to replace "UUID-..." by "UUID=..." and "/dev/sda1" ("WinXP"
label) and "/dev/sdb1" ("VectorLinux" label) don't have entries in
"/etc/fstab".
