Evolution question

I've been using Evo for several years for my desktop mail manager and
I've used a hack to add a "Move Message" button to the toolbar. The
hack is roughly this:

$ evofix
I add the following to evolution-mail-message.xml:
425,428d424
<       <toolitem name="MessageMove" verb=""
<        _label="Move"
<        pixtype="pixbuf"/>
<

Except that in Ubuntu 10.10, this file does not exist.

I know that I can type <ctrl><shift>V to get the same effect, but I'd
like to have the mouse option with that button.

What happened to the xml file?

(I'd bitch about why the hell Evolution won't let you customize your
own toolbars, but that belongs on their list, to which I may also ask
this question. Why didn't I? Because so far this is a difference
between CentOS and Ubuntu, which happens to include massive
differences in Evo, so I just thought I'd ask.)
