He's probably trying to bomb the servers, but he's gonna fail pretty
hard.  I'm surprised Canonical isn't able to stop this on their servers,
it kind of makes me wonder, I'm even more surprised the mods haven't
stopped it yet.  My server stopped it and blocked it all before it even
reached me, I only know about it because it alerted us when it detected
malicious activity (to our servers.)

So far it's blocked little over 490 messages from him.
