I think he was making a quantum mechanics joke:  a quark is an
elemental particle.  Top, bottom and charm are different types, and
each can have a particular "color charge" blue green or red.  (Has
nothing to do with visible color, like lucid has nothing to do with a
lynx)  So if he really wants what he says he does, he needs
instructions for adding Fermi-lab:ppa to his repos!  ;-)
