I have been thinking for months that this is a really stupid line.
I've even read the search help page a few times and until five minutes
ago was misunderstanding it completely...

I wish that "they" had made that line
search --no-floppy --fs-uuid --set=root <uuid>
for my benefit...

It turns out that "root" is assumed and I somehow missed that fact
every time that I read the search help page.
