Problems Lucid - INTERNET

Hi, my first post.

I upgraded to Lucid 10.04, then my problems with access INTERNET
begining. For example, I start a download, my connection is ok, and
after some seconds my velocity is down, down, and finally stop. And
all connection too, like resolv DNS names. I tried reinicialize
network, but can't find dhcp. See "dmesg", the messages:
