search --no-floppy --fs-uuid --set xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
chainloader +1


your suse is (hd5,1); meaning you have multiple disks, maybe even 
external; so using (hdx,y) or /dev/sdxy is 'iffy'. Can only be certain 
if there is only (hd0,x) to contend with.
