Position of Window Controls Reversed after 10.04 Upgrade

After a 10.04 upgrade, on one of my hosts but not the other, the
positions of the window controls (maximize, minimize, park) have moved
from the right side to the left!

As best as I can make them, both my hosts have always had the same
window settings.  I have found no way to get them moved back to the
right.

Any ideas as to what happened and how to fix it?
