These updates?
Start-Date: 2010-05-21 10:26:17
Upgrade: vinagre (2.30.0-0ubuntu2, 2.30.1-0ubuntu1), openssh-client
(5.3p1-3ubuntu3, 5.3p1-3ubuntu4), ssh (5.3p1-3ubuntu3, 5.3p1-3ubuntu4),
libpq5 (8.4.3-1, 8.4.4-0ubuntu10.04), virtuoso-nepomuk (6.1.0-0ubuntu3,
6.1.0-0ubuntu3.1), openssh-server (5.3p1-3ubuntu3, 5.3p1-3ubuntu4),
ssh-askpass-gnome (5.3p1-3ubuntu3, 5.3p1-3ubuntu4)
End-Date: 2010-05-21 10:27:48

I've not had any ssh issues since updating with those.
