There is no way round this, I think. You are going to have to go and
buy a cheap USB DVD drive and boot off your Windows disk to get this
working. It will be a 5-10min job then, but you can't retrieve it from
Linux, in my professional opinion.
To fix an OS, the general rule is, use native tools.
