Grub uninstall by Windows 7 on dual OS

Hello Everyone,
I have Windows 7 and Ubuntu 10.04 on my system.
Whenever I start Windows 7, it disturbs the grub and it gives error of No
Module Name found on next boot. After that i cant boot my system.

 A temporary fix to this solution is I boot from CD and do a grub-install
from try ubuntu's terminal.

What is the proper fix for this problem ?
